Portraits in oil or other media

Mike prefers to meet with the subject to gain insights into their personality and passions. He will sketch and make photo references to work from. Before he begins the final painting, he will provide a sketch of what he proposes. He will also work from customer provided photos when subject isn't available. This is less ideal, but possible.

Base price is $1575 for a 18" x 24" oil portrait on canvas. Send your information on the contact page for an exact price. Most portraits range in price from $1575–$2500. Artwork for a variety of needs
Although Mike has made many portrait drawings and paintings, other types of artwork can created. He has images that tell a story and has even successfully painted a couple of still life pieces. Original art can be created as an end result or to be used to make reproductions for personal cards or other printed material.
