Portraits in Oil

Mike prefers to meet with the subject to gain insights into their personality and passions. He will sketch and make photo references to work from. Before he begins the final painting, he will provide a sketch of what he proposes. He will also work from customer provided photos when subject isn't available. This is less ideal, but possible.

Base price is $1575 for a 18" x 24" oil portrait on canvas. Send your information on the contact page for an exact price. Most portraits range in price from $1575–$2500. Giclee Prints For Sale
A giclee is a state-of-the-art reproduction of an original painting or photograph. The giclee is defined by three specifications: archival ink, archival substrate, and ultra-high resolution ink jet printing using variable size droplets. I currently have three different giclees available for purchase. One can be viewed below. Two others are on the Portfolio page.
